I stopped in hoping for a fun dinner, but the experience just didn't quite work for me. The space is beautiful and full of character, but the service was really slow, and I felt like I was forgotten about for long stretches of time. By the time my food arrived, it wasn't as hot as I expected, which made the meal a bit of a letdown. I really wanted to like it given the cool setting, but it just wasn't a great night out.

Our server Anastasia was the absolute best! She was very attentive and extremely kind! Such a genuine, down to earth girl. She recommended my daughter the chicken tender wrap, and it was sooo good! We will definitely be back again with hopefully her service :)

I used to love this place; it was one of my favorite bars in the city. But ever since they changed the bartenders, I don’t even feel like looking at the bar anymore. The service is completely different now: zero friendliness, bad attitudes, and very little professionalism. The arrogance in the way they treat people makes the whole experience unpleasant. It’s a shame when a business loses customers because of employees who don’t understand how important customer service is. Bartenders work directly with the public; part of their job is creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing good service. In the end, a big part of their income comes from tips, and people go to a bar to have a good time — not to be treated with disrespect.

The food was okay. We had Phillies and tots. The price was decent. I told the server no orange in my blue moon due to a fresh fruit allergy. I watched her stick her finger in my drink to remove the orange at the bar. They also did not give us change. Our check ended in .49...the change should have been.51. She didn't give us the .51 which is 40 minutes of parking in downtown Erie. The sign said to seat ourselves but it took over 15 minutes for someone to bring us menus. We were sitting at a high top by the bar/rest rooms so servers were constantly going past us. They were fairly steady but not busy at that point. It was around 5pm. The food was decent but the service took away from the experience for sure.

Great place for groups! Had a great time here for our work Christmas party. Service was incredibly fast and our server was absolutely fantastic! The place was so beautifully decorated. We all got appetizers to share and they were delicious.
